Recently, under the continuous heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon "Maysak," Hengzhou City, Guangxi, has encountered a historic flood disaster. Multiple reservoirs are at critical levels, roads have collapsed, and communication, water, and power supplies have been cut off — the disaster has touched the hearts of people across the nation.

Answering the Call, Efficient Rescue

Floods are relentless, but humanity is not. Upon learning that Hengzhou, Guangxi, was in urgent need of emergency lighting supplies, the CPS  PCCOOLER Party Branch quickly activated its emergency response mechanism, immediately formed a rescue team, proactively connected with the frontline disaster area to understand actual needs, urgently allocated 100 sets of solar lighting fixtures, loaded them onto trucks overnight, and dispatched them to Guangxi, going all out to support the frontline disaster relief efforts.

On July 17, Bie Chunhua, Secretary of the CPS PCCOOLER Party Branch, led volunteers Zhang Yiwen and Zhou Yu to form a frontline team. Traveling day and night to Hengzhou, Guangxi, they arrived at the emergency supply distribution center where volunteers were most needed. They swiftly engaged in volunteer service, proactively took on material handling and on-site support work, and contributed to frontline rescue efforts through concrete actions.

The Light of Technology, Illuminating the Dark Night 

After the flood, the region's power infrastructure was severely damaged, and nighttime lighting became a pressing need for rescue operations and the daily life of affected residents. The donated solar streetlights feature an integrated design that requires no external power grid connection — they can be installed and used immediately, combining energy efficiency with environmental friendliness. In disaster areas where the power grid has not yet fully recovered, this batch of lighting equipment will act as "beacons in the dark," effectively addressing the urgent need for nighttime illumination and providing solid support for rescue workers operating at night and for the safe travel of local residents.
