AI Workstation Cooling Products Unveiled at CPS PcCooler EXPO 2026 Preview Event to Launch on July 24, 2026

CPS PcCooler’s official distributor,Scythe Co., Ltd., announced that the first AI workstation cooling solution series under the CPS PcCooler brand, initially unveiled at CPS PcCooler EXPO 2026, will officially launch on Friday, July 24, 2026.

In recent years, high-performance workloads such as generative AI, large language models (LLMs), deep learning, AI inference, CAE simulation, and 3D CG rendering have rapidly expanded. These  applications require cooling solutions capable of maintaining  stable CPU performance under continuous heavy workloads.

The new AI workstation series includes CPU coolers and all-in-one liquid cooling solutions designed for workstations and servers. The lineup supports environments ranging from high-end desktop workstations to rack-mounted servers.

Products That Received Significant Attention at the “CPS PcCooler EXPO 2026 Preview Event”

These products were first unveiled to retailers, system integrators, and corporate users at the “CPS PcCooler EXPO 2026 Preview Event,” organized by CPS PcCooler to commemorate its 21st anniversary.

At the exhibition, the products were introduced as a new product category targeting the AI workstation market and attracted strong interest from many visitors.

In response to numerous requests and market demand, CPS PcCooler has now officially launched the series.

Features a compact 115mm height design, six 6mm heat pipes, a 100mm mid-mounted fan reaching up to 5,000 RPM, and a large copper base plate. Supports 4U rack-mounted servers.

TS700D

Single Tower Air CPU Cooler for High-End Workstations

Equipped with seven 6mm heat pipes, dual 120mm fans, a large copper base plate, and up to 3,000 RPM fan speed. The rear fan adopts a reverse blade design.

LR360S

360mm Radiator All-in-One Liquid CPU Cooler

Features a 38mm thick high-density radiator, large copper base plate, full ceramic bearing pump, and Japanese dual ball bearing fans for stable AI workload cooling.

LR480S

480mm Radiator All-in-One Liquid CPU Cooler

The flagship model featuring a 480mm radiator and four 120mm high-speed fans for AI workstations and high-performance servers requiring extreme cooling capability.

The series uses Japanese dual ball bearing fans, large copper base plates, and pre-applied high-performance thermal paste, focusing on both cooling performance and long- term reliability.
