CPS PcCooler Launches Four New Air and AIO Liquid CPU Coolers for AI Workstations

2026-07-14

On July 8, 2026, Scythe.Co.,Ltd. (Headquarters: Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture) announced that it will begin carrying a total of four models of CPU coolers and all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooling units for AI workstations and servers under the CPS PCCOOLER brand, developed by Shenzhen Fluence Technology (Headquarters: China). Sales will begin on Friday, July 24.

These CPU coolers and AIO liquid cooling units were developed for AI workstations and servers, which require high cooling performance and reliability to ensure the stable operation of high-performance CPUs over long periods even under heavy loads. All models feature Japanese-made dual-ball-bearing fans and large copper base plates (pre-applied with high-performance thermal paste).

Compatible sockets include Intel LGA3647 and 4677, as well as AMD sTRX4, sWRX8, TR4, TR5, SP3, SP5, and SP6, with separate lineups available for Intel and AMD.

TR620M X is a compact twin-tower side-flow CPU cooler with a total height of only 115mm, making it compatible with 4U rackmount servers. It features a large nickel-plated copper base plate equipped with six Ø6mm anti-gravity heat pipes, combined with a triangular fin stack design and a 100mm high-speed fan for efficient heat dissipation.

The fan operates at a speed range of 1,000–5,000 RPM ±10%, delivering a maximum airflow of 105.42 CFM, a maximum static pressure of 11.85 mmH₂O, and a noise level ranging from 15.1 to 45.66 dBA.

The cooler measures 94mm (W) × 106mm (D) × 115mm (H) and weighs 730g.

TS700D is a single-tower dual-fan CPU cooler designed for high-end workstations. It features a large nickel-plated copper base plate equipped with seven Ø6mm anti-gravity heat pipes, and also adopts a triangular fin stack design for enhanced heat dissipation performance.

The cooling system is equipped with a 120mm dual-fan setup combining a standard blade fan and a reverse blade fan. The fans operate at a speed range of 800–3,000 RPM ±10%, delivering a maximum airflow of 88.42 CFM (standard blade) / 88.1 CFM (reverse blade), with a maximum static pressure of 6.615 mmH₂O (standard blade) / 6.435 mmH₂O (reverse blade). The noise level ranges from 15 to 42.2 dBA (standard blade) / 15 to 45.1 dBA (reverse blade).

The cooler measures 111mm (W) × 122mm (D) × 158mm (H) and weighs 1.21kg.

LR360S is an all-in-one liquid cooling unit featuring a 360mm radiator. It adopts a 38mm-thick radiator and is equipped with a full ceramic bearing pump that offers excellent durability. The cooler also features a large 84 × 62mm copper base plate for enhanced heat transfer performance.

The pump operates at a speed of 2,600 RPM ±10% with a noise level of 15 dBA. The cooling fans are 120 × 120 × 25mm dual ball bearing fans, featuring a speed range of 500–3,000 RPM ±10%, a maximum airflow of 99 CFM, a maximum static pressure of 5.33 mmH₂O, and a noise level ranging from 15 to 41.5 dBA.

The radiator measures 120mm (W) × 397mm (D) × 38mm (H) and weighs 1.92kg.

LR480S is an all-in-one liquid cooling unit featuring a 480mm radiator. It also adopts a 38mm-thick radiator and is equipped with a full ceramic bearing pump that provides excellent durability. The cooler features a large 84 × 62mm copper base plate for improved heat transfer performance.

The radiator measures 120mm (W) × 517mm (D) × 38mm (H) and weighs 2.32kg.
